Are you ready to go beyond?

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for aerospace to join our team within the Compressions Systems Product Definition discipline. We are in Middletown, Connecticut and have an opening for a Senior Engineer in the Compressions Cases & Rotating Hardware Definition group.

Specific responsibilities would include:

  • Lead small teams to meet and maintain program deliverables.
  • Initiate or support technical meetings and assist subject matter experts to create and maintain parametric 3D models and related configurations.
  • Develop and mentor product definition drafters to improve skill levels
  • Work with senior staff to prepare and monitor program budgets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status due to government contracts
  • High proficiency with GD&T

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large assembly modeling a plus
  • Strong NX modeling skills
  • Strong communication and teaming skills
