Pratt and Whitney has a new opportunity for a Senior Manager, Diversity & Early Career Talent Acquisition - US (remote) within our Talent Acquisition team. This position will report to our Pratt & Whitney US Talent Acquisition Leader. In this highly visible role, you will design and lead our talent acquisition strategy to engage and attract our diverse workforce and early careers strategy.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our DE&I, business, Talent, and HR teams to align on diversity priorities and strategies.

  • Set the strategic direction for attracting a diverse workforce for hourly, salaried and early careers roles.

  • Budget planning and management for Diversity and Early Careers initiatives, including events, professional associations, tools, etc.

  • Leverage internal and external data to expand our Early Careers footprint and program offerings.

  • Partner with peers across our RTX Diversity and Early Careers organizations for best practices and collaboration opportunities.

  • Actively participate with Pratt & Whitney’s Employee Resource Groups, build internal and external relationships, and recommend engagement opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with recruiters, business leaders and partners across multiple functional areas.

  • Provide training and support to recruiters on diversity recruiting strategies.

  • Develop and implement trainings for hiring managers related to interviewing and recruiting.

  • Lead a team that partners with recruiting peers on strategy meetings. Develops team’s expertise in diversity & inclusion strategies and external market data/ trends.

  • Participate in internal and external career and industry events. Research and recommend new associations and membership opportunities for networking.

  • Responsible for a team that leads large local and national diversity & early careers events and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of Talent Acquisition experience with a BA/BS degree or seven years of Talent Acquisition with an MBA/advanced degree.

  • A minimum of five years of experience engaging and building relationships with diverse organizations and colleges/universities.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute diversity & inclusion strategies that meet business needs.

  • Experience presenting to senior level business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in attracting and engaging with engineering, operations, finance, digital technology, or manufacturing talent.

  • Experience coaching and developing managers.
