Are you ready to go beyond?

Manages all operational aspects of assigned program(s). 
Requires customer interface, shop floor coordination and interdepartmental communication.
Coordinates the program(s) with the assigned engineers - manufacturing, design, quality - and the customer.
Serves as the liaison between the customer and the company; handles customer requests, delivery date adjustments, and troubleshooting efforts.
Interfaces with the Materials Department regarding procurement of necessary parts, materials, and services.
Schedules orders for assigned programs and generates the required program documents (i.e., Engineering coordinator memos, EVA reports, method statements, etc.).

  • Assists with pricing and cost information.

  • Provides technical assistance to and coordination of production activities.

  • Ensures the Operations staff meets the customer's delivery requirements.

  • Ensures a timely response to all customer inquiries.

Directs and participates in customer contact and customer support activities, including phone calls with customers, providing quotations, submitting complete and accurate teardown and work scope evaluation reports on a weekly basis, and reviewing and providing the final warranty investigation reports to our customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics or Aeronautical Engineering, with 6 -10+ years of experience.
  • Masters Degree is preferred, with 4 - 7+ years of experience.
  • ​US Citizenship required due to government contracts


  • Five to eight years of managerial work experience is required.

  • Familiar with tool design, material processing, metal and composites and/or plastics, and aerospace overhaul and repair.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical publications including blue prints and engineering drawings.

  • Ability to solve technical problems including improvement of tools and fixtures, equipment failures, and manufacturing process problems.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.  Microsoft Project and Pro/Engineer software experience is desired.
